Every Knox Nose Best freshie is handcrafted with care. We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely happy with your purchase.
If your freshie arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement at no cost to you.
If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We'll arrange to send the correct item right away.
We're happy to exchange unopened freshies for a different scent or style, subject to availability. Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of delivery. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges.
Custom freshie orders (mold, color, scent selections) are made specifically for you and cannot be returned or exchanged unless they arrive damaged or defective.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis for damaged or defective items only. If approved, your refund will be processed using the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Because scent preference is personal, we cannot offer returns or refunds based on scent preference alone. We recommend reading the scent description carefully before ordering. If you're unsure, feel free to reach out and we'll help you pick the perfect scent!
